Refund Policy

AI Art Cook is committed to your satisfaction with our AI-generated art products. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are available, in line with UK consumer law (Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

1. Digital Downloads (Instant Access Files)Digital products (e.g., high-resolution art files) are delivered immediately upon successful payment.

  • No refunds for change of mind / buyer's remorse: Once you access/download the file, sales are final and non-refundable. This is because digital content cannot be returned undamaged/unaltered.

  • Faulty or inaccessible files: If the file is corrupted, wrong version, or you cannot access it (technical issue on our end), contact us within 30 days of purchase. We'll resend/replace the file at no cost. If we cannot resolve, you'll receive a full refund.

  • Cooling-off period (14 days): By consenting to immediate download (via checkout checkbox: "I consent to immediate delivery and waive my 14-day cancellation right"), you lose the statutory right to cancel. Without this consent, we may not process the order instantly.

 

2. Physical Products (Hard Copies, Posters, Canvases, Framed Prints, Merch)These are custom-made on-demand via Printify after your order. They are personalised/customised to your specifications.

  • Change of mind / buyer's remorse: No refunds or exchanges for non-faulty items once production begins (typically within 1–2 business days). Personalised/custom items are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off right once made.

  • Faulty, damaged, not as described, or non-delivery: Under CRA 2015, you're entitled to repair, replacement, or refund if the product is unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose, or not as described. Report issues (with photos where possible) within 30 days of receipt. We'll coordinate with Printify for:

    • Replacement (preferred for quality issues).

    • Full refund (including original shipping) if unresolved.

    • Partial refund if appropriate (e.g., minor defect).

  • Cooling-off period (14 days): For non-personalised physical items (if any), you may cancel within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (you pay return postage unless faulty). Contact us before returning. We refund within 14 days of receiving returned goods or proof of postage.

  • Return shipping: Customer pays for returns unless the item is faulty/not as described (we'll provide prepaid label or reimburse reasonable costs).

 

3. General Refund Process

  • How to request: Email [support@aiartcook.com (mailto:support@aiartcook.com)] with your order number, reason, and photos (for physical/damaged claims). We respond within 2 business days.

  • Processing time: Refunds issued to original payment method within 14 days of approval (or return receipt for physical).

  • Original shipping: Non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. Refundable for faulty/non-delivery cases.

  • Proof of purchase: Required (order confirmation email).

 

4. Exceptions and Limitations

  • We do not refund for:

    • Buyer's remorse on digital or custom physical items.

    • Incorrect customer-provided details (e.g., wrong shipping address).

    • Customs/duties fees on international orders.

    • Delays beyond our control (e.g., carrier issues).

  • If an order is cancelled pre-production (physical), full refund minus any non-recoverable fees.

 

5. Changes to This Policy

 

We may update this policy. Changes posted here with new effective date. Significant updates notified via email or site notice.
