We are expanding to include physical hard copies (e.g., posters, canvases, framed prints) and merch (e.g., apparel, accessories) fulfilled via Printify print-on-demand service. This policy covers both formats.1. Digital Downloads (Current Offering)

• Delivery Method: Instant digital access upon successful payment and order confirmation.

• How It Works: After payment clears, you'll receive an automated email with a secure download link (or access via your account on the site). Downloads are typically available immediately, but may take up to 5–10 minutes during high traffic or processing.

• File Formats: High-resolution (e.g., PNG/JPEG/PDF) suitable for personal printing or digital use (see licence in product description or Terms of Service (/terms-of-service)).

• No Shipping Costs: Digital products incur £0 shipping.

• Issues: If you don't receive the download/link within 30 minutes, check spam/junk folder or contact support — we'll resend promptly.

2. Physical Products (Hard Copies & Merch – Coming Soon / Expanding)We partner with Printify for on-demand production and fulfillment — each item is custom-made after your order, with no inventory held. Processing & Production Time

• Orders are submitted to Printify within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK holidays).

• Printify production: Typically 2–7 business days (varies by product, Print Provider, and demand; e.g., posters often 2–5 days, apparel/merch 3–7 days). Check product page for provider-specific estimates.

• Total before dispatch: 3–10 business days average (production + our processing).

Delivery Times (From Dispatch)
Delivery times are estimates and depend on destination/carrier (e.g., Royal Mail, DPD, UPS via Printify network). We use tracked services where available.

• UK (Mainland/Scotland): 2–5 business days (often faster with UK-based providers).

• UK (Highlands/Islands, Northern Ireland): 3–7 business days.

• Europe (EU): 4–10 business days (customs may add time post-Brexit).

• Rest of World (USA, Canada, etc.): 7–21 business days (tracked; customs varies).

You'll receive a dispatch email with tracking number once the order ships from the Print Provider.

 

Shipping Costs
Calculated at checkout based on product size/weight, destination, and method (Printify rates auto-applied via integration).

• UK: From ~£4–£10 (standard; free on orders over [e.g., £50–£75] if you set thresholds).

• International: From ~£8–£20+ (Europe/Rest of World). Exact rates shown at checkout.

• No hidden fees from us; costs reflect Printify/carrier charges.

International Customs & Duties
For orders outside the UK: You are responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs fees, or taxes. These are not included in our prices/shipping and are payable on arrival (or before, per carrier). We recommend checking your local customs rules.3. Risk & Responsibility (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

• Digital: Risk passes on download/email delivery.

• Physical: We (via Printify) are responsible until delivered to you. If lost/damaged/not received, report promptly — we'll resolve (replacement/refund/redelivery) per CRA.

• Delivery expected within 30 days unless agreed otherwise. If significantly delayed, you may cancel for refund.

 

4. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Items

• Use tracking to monitor. Report issues within 30 days of expected delivery.

• Damaged: Photo evidence within [e.g., 7–14 days] of receipt — Printify handles quality claims (we'll coordinate replacement/refund).

• Unclaimed/refused packages may incur fees deducted from refund.

• Digital: Limited post-purchase (files delivered instantly).
