Shipping Policy

AI Art Cook sells two kinds of work: printed artworks (canvas, fine-art paper and metal prints) and digital downloads.

​

1. Printed artworks

• Made to order. Each print is produced for you after you order. Canvas and fine-art paper prints are fulfilled by Printful. Metal prints are fulfilled by Gelato (UK-made). Production usually takes 2–5 working days.

• Free delivery worldwide. Delivery is included in the price shown, with nothing added at checkout.

• Delivery times after dispatch (estimates): UK 2–5 working days; Europe 4–10 working days; USA, Canada and the rest of the world 5–15 working days. Tracking is sent by email when your print ships.

• Customs and import taxes. Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duty or local taxes by the destination country. These are set by that country and are paid by the recipient.

• Lost or late parcels. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, email us and we'll trace it, then reprint or refund it.

2. Digital downloads and phone wallpapers

• Your download link is shown and emailed as soon as payment clears. Nothing is posted.

• If the link doesn't arrive within 30 minutes, check your spam folder or email us and we'll resend it.
